What you will need;
- A good foundation of plant knowledge to build on and a genuine love of plants and gardening
- Managerial experience in retail
- Strong skills in marketing and confident with online platforms used for marketing and brand awareness
- Confident and skilled with computers and EPOS systems
- Experience with stock selection and ordering, monitoring and analysis
- Have excellent customer service attributes
- Attention to detail and a creative flair
